មហោស្រពជាតិភាពយន្តខ្នាតខ្លីកម្ពុជា

មហោស្រពភាពយន្តខ្នាតខ្លី គឺជាព្រឹត្តិការណ៍មួយដ៏មាន​សារៈសំខាន់ និង​ចាំបាច់បំផុត នៅក្នុងបរិបទនៃយុគសម័យឌីជីថល ក្នុងការជំរុញលើកទឹកចិត្តដល់យុវជនដើម្បីបញ្ចេញនូវគំនិត ចែករំលែក ផ្សព្វផ្សាយ​នូវ​ព័ត៌មាន​ដែល​ពួកគេមាន តាមរយៈអេក្រង់ ឬផ្ទាំងសំពត់ស ដែលនេះគឺជាជំហ៊ានដំបូងនាំពួកគេឲ្យក្លាយជា​ផលិតករ​ភាពយន្ត និងជាធនធានប្រកបដោយសក្តានុពលសម្រាប់រួមចំណែកទ្រទ្រង់ និងលើកកម្ពស់ឧស្សាហកម្មភាពយន្ត។

 ចាប់តាំងពីការបង្កើតឡើងនៅឆ្នាំ ២០១៦ មហោស្រពជាតិភាពយន្តខ្នាតខ្លីកម្ពុជា បានដើរតួនាទីយ៉ាងសំខាន់ក្នុងការបង្កើតធនធានមនុស្សថ្មីៗ ប្រកបដោយសមត្ថភាព ទេពកោសល្យក្នុងវិស័យភាពយន្ត និងបានក្លាយជាចំណុចប្រសព្ធយ៉ាងសំខាន់ក្នុងការផ្សារភ្ជាប់យុវជនកម្ពុជាពីគ្រប់មជ្ឈដ្ឋាន ជាមួយនឹងឧស្សាហកម្មភាពយន្ត ហើយក៏ជាវេទិកាអប់រំ និងបំផុសទេពកោសល្យ ការច្នៃប្រឌិត ព្រមទាំងភាពរស់រវើកដ៏សំបូរបែបនៃការផលិតភាពយន្តខ្នាតខ្លីនៅកម្ពុជាផងដែរ។

 មហោស្រពជាតិភាពយន្តខ្នាតខ្លីកម្ពុជា មានមោទកភាព​យ៉ាង​ខ្លាំងដែលចំនួននៃការផលិតភាពយន្តខ្នាតខ្លីនៅកម្ពុជាមានការកើនឡើងទាំងបរិមាណ និងគុណភាពគួរឲ្យកត់សម្គាល់ ដែលកត្តានេះបានសបញ្ជាក់ពីការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ ការលើកទឹកចិត្ត ការសម្រប​សម្រួលរបស់នាយកដ្ឋានសិល្បៈភាពយន្ត និងផ្សព្វផ្សាយវប្បធម៌ នៃក្រសួងវប្បធម៌ និងវិចិត្រសិល្បៈ ព្រមទាំងក្រសួងស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធ ដើម្បីផ្តល់   ឪកាសដល់យុវជនធ្វើការអភិវឌ្ឍគំនិតច្នៃប្រឌិត និងបង្កើតនូវទស្សនទានថ្មីៗ លើស្នាដៃភាពយន្តរបស់ពួកគេ ហើយសង្ឃឹមថា យុវផលិតករវ័យក្មេងទាំងអស់នឹងក្លាយជាធនធានដ៏សំខាន់ក្នុងការរួមចំណែកអភិវឌ្ឍឧស្សាហកម្មភាពយន្តកម្ពុជា ប្រកបដោយនិរន្តរភាពនា​ថ្ងៃ​អនាគត ស្របតាមពាក្យស្លោកថា ភាពយន្តខ្នាតខ្លីជាជំហានទៅកាន់ភាពយន្តខ្នាតវែង។

 មហោស្រពជាតិភាពយន្តខ្នាតខ្លី គឺជាមហោស្រព​របស់អ្នកទាំងអស់គ្នា។

Cambodia National Short Film Festival

The Short Film Festival is one of the most important and necessary events in this digital era to motivate young people to express their thought, share and disseminate their information on the screen as the initial step to become a filmmaker and potential human resource for contributing to the sustainability and growth of the film industry.

Since its inception in 2016, the Cambodia National Short Film Festival has played an important role in developing new human resources with talent in the film industry

and become an important connecting point for young Cambodians from all sector with the film industry, as well as a platform for educating and inspiring the creative and vibrant talent of short film production in Cambodia.

CNSFF, we are proud that the number of short film productions in Cambodia has increased significantly in both quantity and quality, which is a testament of the encouragement and coordination of the Cinema and Cultural Diffusion Department of the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts and relevant ministries and institutions to provide opportunities for young individuals to develop creative ideas and create new films’ concepts, and hope that all young filmmaker will be important resources in contributing to the sustainable development of the future Cambodian film industry , in accordance with a slogan “Short Film as a Stepping Stone to the Feature Film”.
